Open

Zoom

Enables zooming in the PDF viewer for all users on the page.

Drawing

Enables drawing features such as free-hand drawing, a free highlighting tool, a text highlighter, and an eraser. Keep in mind that if you want to edit drawings, you can only edit the AnnotationJSON; once the PDF file is ‘flattened,’ you are unable to edit your drawings.

You also have the option to choose the colors of the selected drawing tool, the (background) fill color, opacity, line thickness, and more than 10 different blend options.

Signing

You can create a signature in three different colors, upload an image, or type your own signature. You then have the option to adjust the signature on-screen and place it on the document to your liking.

Insert images

With this feature enabled, you have the ability to add additional images to your PDF document. You also have the option to add a predefined stamp or one you create yourself. Additionally, you have the option to create a clickable field within the PDF, allowing you to place a hyperlink in a specific location.

Text

Enable text and callout functionality in the PDF viewer. You can add additional text or create annotations within the PDF

Line drawing

Similar to the ‘Drawing’ feature, this feature provides line drawing instead of free-hand drawing. Additional shapes include lines, arrows, rectangles, ellipses, polygons, clouds, and polylines.

Print

With the print functionality, you have the option to directly export a flattened PDF file, either by printing it or saving it as a PDF. This process will flatten the PDF and include any drawings or markings on your document.

Document editor

With this feature enabled, you can add new pages to the existing PDF document, delete pages, duplicate pages, rotate pages to the left or right, and adjust the order of pages. These features are all supported by undo and redo buttons.

Search

You can search for specific text within the PDF document. This will highlight the text on your page, similar to how search works in your web browser.

Export

With the export button, you have the option to directly download your PDF. This will flatten the PDF and include any drawings or markings on your document.
