Overview

Displaying scheduling events on a horizontal line is sometimes not the best way to display the information. With the vertical mode, the view is switched, and it is easier to see different events when they occur.

This feature provides a way to display important information on a different axis without interfering with event interactions. The scheduler will render similar to a calendar with resources on the horizontal axis and time in the vertical axis.

Once the vertical mode has been enabled, the widget itself also changes in the Mendix Modeler. You can select the data that you want to display on the horizontal axis through the resource HTML, with the option to sanitize the resource HTML.
